Our innovative solution features a unique wind generator system, known as WindShaper, capable of generating an infinite variety of wind profiles thanks thousands of wind pixels (fans). The company’s objective is to enhance current drone testing and certification capabilities to enable autonomous and scalable drone applications for tomorrow. The company has its main office is in Geneva, Switzerland, and a North American branch Tulsa, OK, USA.

Job brief

We’re looking for an agile Business Administrator to help our company run smoothly and grow. Your job will be to handle all sorts of tasks, from the simple day-to-day office duties to bigger challenges such as creating new processes to allow our business to operate better. Your role will be to make sure our company’s behind-the-scenes work is top-notch, helping us become more organized and efficient as we grow. About the position

  • Office location: Geneva, CH
  • Report to: CEO and general company management
  • Weekly work time: 42h (full-time)
  • Travel time: 0-10%

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Provide support to staff members, assisting with administrative needs to help them perform their jobs effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle the filing, storage, and management of company documents and records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes during discussions.
  • Assist with basic financial management tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in stock and working properly.
  • Ensure that the company’s administrative activities follow legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role. Prior experience in business administration or a similar field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative software and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to business administration is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English is essential, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
